The Regional and Remote Forum will bring together CEOs, Chairs, and leaders of industry associations: employers, unions, educators, students and policymakers.
It is a critical opportunity to raise and discuss the issues facing the workforce the sectors within HumanAbility’s remit, outside of Australia’s capital cities. The outcome of the Forum discussions will help drive HumanAbility’s future work in addressing workforce needs.
As a senior leader and sector expert, your insights will provide a valuable contribution to Forum discussions.  
 
This one day, in-person Forum featuring keynote speakers and panel discussions with prominent Government and industry experts, and focused discussion sessions.  
It will also be an opportunity to discuss the early findings of HumanAbility’s
'Shortfalls and Skill Gaps': Navigating Workforce Pressures in the Care and Support Sectors. This is our initial report on the state of the workforce in the children’s education and care, health, human services, and the sport and recreation industries (to be released for broad consultation and industry input in October).  
This event is by invitation only. A further opportunity to engage in discussions and consultations will be at the State and Territory Roadshows in early 2024.
