The aged care sector in Australia is experiencing significant growth driven by an ageing population. Currently, 16.3% of Australians are over the age of 65, a figure projected to increase to 21-23% by 2066. Updating aged care qualifications will ensure care workers are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge and will enhance the quality of care provided.
